Do you really come to my home or office?

Yes. DJ Detailing is a fully mobile service based in Ottawa. We bring our equipment, products, and water supply directly to your driveway, office parking lot, or condo garage, so you never have to drop off your vehicle or wait in line.

Do I need to provide water or power?

No. We arrive fully equipped with our own water tank and power supply, so we do not need access to your outlets or hose. Just give us a spot to park and we will handle the rest.

How long does a typical detail take?

Most appointments take between 1.5 and 4 hours depending on the package and your vehicle's size and condition. Express services are quicker, while a full interior and exterior detail on a larger vehicle can take closer to 4 hours. We will give you a time estimate when you book.

What happens if it rains or snows on my appointment day?

We monitor the weather closely and will reach out to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or will affect the quality of the detail, such as heavy rain or extreme cold. Light weather is usually not an issue since we work under cover when needed and finish with a protective touch.

Do you offer detailing for business or fleet vehicles?

Yes. We work with local Ottawa businesses to keep company trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles clean on a recurring schedule. We can set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits at your location to minimize downtime for your team.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking a few days ahead, especially during peak season, but we do our best to accommodate last minute requests. Fleet and recurring clients get priority scheduling once set up on a regular plan.
